BCF - Bulk Continuous Fibres DS Fibres is a leading manufacturer of polypropylene BCF threads for tufted and woven textiles. We can offer BCF from 1200 to 6400 dtex. The dope-dying technique garantuees great stability in quality, well established on the market. We produce threads in one or three colors.
Fibres DS Fibres manufactures polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PES) fibres. These are used in various activity sectors such as geotextiles, floor coverings, technical textiles and coverings for the automotive industry. We produce thicknesses going from 3,3 dtex to 44 dtex in polyester and from 3,3 to 110 dtex in polypropylene. Some specializations as anti-UV or fireproof treatment allow to significantly improve the technical value of our fibres. Antibacterial treatments are also possible.
Color blending We also have a color blending machine so that we can propose multicoloured material that really fills your specific requirements.
