Types :
100% UV-stabilised high performance fibres are used to make these mechanically bonded geotextiles. The three-dimensional structure allows the product to be used for filtration, protection, separation, drainage and anti-erosion purposes.
The mechanical properties of our DS HT Fibres allow excellent resistance to installation damage, ideal hydraulic properties and long-term performance.
The standard DS GeoTex range is CE-certified (0799-CPD-27)
Main functions :
Separation, drainage, filtration and/or protection.
Application fields :
Civil engineering, construction of roads, tunnels, waste dumps, parking places, etc.
Advantages inherent to the mechanical bonding process :
- Appropriate elongation and excellent elasticity to avoid local overstress (a considerable advantage compared to continuous-filament nonwovens)
- Excellent adaptability to the shape of irregular underground
- Uniform strength in all directions
- Excellent hydraulic capacities both in the geotextile plane and vertical to the plane
Advantages due to the quality of the own fibre production :
- Good resistance to acids, alkalines and organic agents
- Appropriate UV resistance
